This was my first time trying anything other than just CBD or full spectrum CBD. I was kind of nervous but that ended pretty much as soon as I tried it because it has a really calming effect. I have a hard time winding down to go to sleep no matter how tired I am because I have attention and focus issue and sleeping and I’m on medication for both and it’s an issue bc I’m *supposed* to take a nap BEFORE my adderall has worn off so I don’t have to take more to stay awake… It’s a whole thing.
