Do CBD pre-rolls get you high?

This is another very common question we are asked, mainly due to so much conflicting information.

The farm bill 2018 gave cannabis plants that contain <0.3% THC the legal status of hemp. So, a legal hemp derived joint will only contain <0.3% THC or less.

However; there are many lower quality options that do not undergo the standard of testing or protocols we use in order to ensure our product is compliant.

A non-compliant CBD pre-roll can and often does contain higher amounts of THC and even higher amounts of THCa (The acidic precursor to THC) which, when heated (smoked) will convert (decarboxylate) into THC. Which could give you a little high. More often than not, you would just feel more relaxed and calm.
