Welcome to the future of legal cannabinoid edibles!
Legal Delta-9 (D9) THC Gummies
Lets start with what are Delta-9 Gummies? D-9 gummies are a cannabinoid edible, similar to CBD gummies, made with 2018 Farm Bill compliant THC extract from Hemp. Unlike Delta-8, Delta-9 Is naturally present in legal hemp, it’s not chemically converted using acids and chemicals and it’s stronger than Delta-8 by around 10 times.
Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol commonly referred to as THC. Also known as: D-9, D-9 THC, D9, d9-thc.
Unlike CBD edibles, Delta-9 edibles can give you a ‘high’ or a ‘buzz’. Moreover, combined at a ratio of 3:1 CBD:THC they pose far greater and more powerful relief. Some studies have shown, although anecdotally, a 3:1 ratio also reduces or stops the effect of anxiousness some people often get with THC.

How are Delta-9 THC gummies legal?
Firstly it’s important to highlight that not all THC edibles will be legal, and as a consumer you will need to know how to check yourself. More on that later.
In order for products to be legal, they must adhere to the 2018 Farm Bill.
The Farm bill defines any cannabinoid derived from hemp is legal. Any product or substance made from hemp derived extracts must contain no more than <0.3% THC by dry weight volume. Which equates to approximately 3mg per g of THC in any product.
With our D9 gummies weighing just over 4g each, they are well within the legal parameters set out in the Farm Bill.
The important factor to highlight is the THC must be extracted from phytocannabinoid-rich legally defined hemp flower. Not extracted from non-legal cannabis or marijuana that exceeds the <0.3% defined limit.
By creating the products this way, any state where CBD/hemp is legal, these are legal.
How are Delta-9 Gummies made?
The process of making D9 THC gummies is identical to making CBD gummies.
The start of the process begins with combining all the natural ingredients to make the gummie. The ingredients typical consist of Natural Fruit juice, natural flavors, fruit pectin, natural sugars and of course the most important part, the Hemp derived THC & CBD extract.
To simplify the process for you and not give away or proprietary information. The process goes like this: Blend ingredients, warmed to a specific temperature to create a reaction that causes the pectin to solidify when cooled. Add the hemp extract and blend until homogenization is reached.
Pour into molds and allow to cool. Just before the cooling is complete and the outside is still slightly sticky, natural sugar crystals coat the gummy.
Bag up and batch number them. Send for end product testing to ensure the mix and potency is correct and no contamination took place during production. Ensuring a stable, correct potency and safe clean contaminant free product.
How to check the quality of Delta-9 THC Gummies.
As we are sure most people are aware, not all products are created equal. Many low quality products are low on potency, potentially contaminated, use artificial additives, potentially toxic chemicals and do not verify quality via 3rd party lab testing.
We feel it should be the minimum bar of entry and not the gold standard to have all hemp derived products fully batch lab tested for cannabinoid profile, potency, solvents, heavy metals, pesticides and other harmful contaminants. If the company you’re buying from doesn’t provide batch numbered full panel lab-reports, you should be asking yourself why? This is a major red flag for edibles and ingestible. As such, no full panel batch numbered testing, no sale. Move on.
Ideally you should be looking for a Delta-9 gummy made from full-spectrum extract, 100% natural ingredients. No additives, no synthetics and no pointless fillers. You really don’t need any of those things to create quality healthy products.
Whether you’re taking hemp or cannabis products for health and wellbeing or for recreation, you absolutely do not want to be ingesting toxic additives, chemicals or synthetics.
Keep it simple. Go all-natural, vegan, high quality and healthy. After all, your health is your wealth!

What are the benefits and effects of Delta-9 THC Gummies?
Delta-9 THC, just like other cannabinoids like CBD, CBG, CBN, THCa, CBGa can help with many health and wellness issues. With the addition of recreational use. To feel good.
We’ve all heard about THC, usually bad press or reefer madness. D9 is the primary cannabinoid known to have psychoactive effects. Terms like ‘get high’ or ‘stoned’ are a little outdated and really paint THC and it’s counterparts in a bad light. With many people now using medically prescribed cannabis to treat PTSD, stress and similar issues, Delta-9’s scope reaches far beyond your quintessential ‘stoner’. Not that there is anything wrong with that either.
Some people drink alcohol to relax. Other use cannabis in one or more of it’s many forms.
Delta-9 THC can contribute to:
- Muscle Aches & Discomfort
- Reduced fatigue & swelling (relating to physical activities)
- Better, Deeper Sleep
- Aids Relaxation
- Cramps
- Mood Swings
- Relives Daily life stresses
- Enhanced Creativity
- Creates Calmness
- Improved Appetite
- General Wellbeing
- Feeling Happy
Although Delta-9 is a great tool to help you feel better or be more creative, Delta-9 Gummies will also give you the feeling similar to smoking high THC cannabis.
Delta-9 is one of the major cannabinoids, like CBD & CBG that interact with your endo-cannabinoid system. D-9 THC binds to the CB receptors. All mammals have CB1, CB2 & CB3 receptors. Delta-9 mimics the actions of anandamide (an endocannabinoid produced by our bodies), meaning that THC binds with cannabinoid receptors and activates neurons, which causes effects on our minds and bodies.
What’s the difference between delta-8 and delta-9?
The first notable difference is delta-8, although sometimes found naturally present in hemp/cannabis albeit in miniscule trace amounts, it’s 100% synthetic, or isomerized. D-8 is created by taking CBD isolate and putting it through a number of chemical processes to convert the cannabinoid. While many like the feeling of delta-8, the market is strong, it’s not something we are interested in or willing to put our name on.
Delta-8 has a lower psychotropic potency, around 10 times less potent the delta 9. Often referred to as diet THC. Has less medicinal uses, is sub-par medicinally than delta-9.
Delta-9 THC is naturally occurring in cannabis legally defined as hemp. Doesn’t require chemical isomerization from CBD for utilization on hemp derived products.
Molecular Structures of Delta-8 & Delta-9 THC
Are Delta-9 THC gummies better than Delta-8 THC gummies?
In short, based on our opinion, yes, Delta-9 gummies are better than Delta-8 gummies. Considerably better!
The first reason is due to Delta-9 being a natural and viable cannabinoid found in hemp. We are advocates of utilizing the natural compounds in cannabis without the need for chemical processes. Over the decades big pharma has been targeting natural compounds with medicinal benefit, then creating synthetic versions for the sole purpose of registering patents for the production, licensing and use of originally natural compounds.
Which makes sense when talking about extremely rare, non extractable compounds required in large volume. For cannabinoids, this doesn’t make any sense. This process hinders access, increases cost and creates control. Why create synthetic versions of readily available natural compounds?
In terms of potency, effects and potential, delta-9 is superior in all aspects. If you’re using THC for medicinal purposes or simply to feel good, D9 should be your go-to.
As previously mentioned, the psychotropic effects of Delta-9 THC is considerably stronger than Delta-8. This is true when smoking or ingesting edibles. Remember this when you’re about to indulge in these delicious THC infused gummies!
It’s important to know that when you ingest a THC infused edible, apposed to smoking THC, the effects last longer as well as being increased physically compared to smoking.
CBD gummies vs Delta-9 Gummies? What’s the difference?
With products like CBD gummies becoming so popular and new products like Delta-9 gummies now being released, you’ll likely want to know the differences between them.
CBD (cannabidiol) is one of around 100 cannabinoids found in hemp Flower. CBD interacts with your endocannabinoids system slightly differently to THC. While CBD is non psychoactive, but extremely beneficial, THC is psychoactive. You’ll notice very similar healing effects from CBD as you would with THC, with one main exception. There will be some headiness and increased physical effects from high THC products.

Cannabinoid profile and potency – This will show you haw much of each cannabinoid and THC in the gummy, measured per gram. You really want to looking for a full-spectrum cannabinoid profile which will consist of CBD, THC and other minor cannabinoids like CBG, CBN, CBC, CBGa.
Solvent testing – The report should show the product passes solvent testing.
Heavy Metals – The report should show the product passes all heavy metal testing.
Pesticides – This is one of the most important aspects of a quality THC gummy. All edibles should undergo and pass pesticide testing. With many pesticides being carcinogenic, you absolutely do not want to be ingesting pesticides!
Other contaminants – Mold, Bacterial, Microbial – Edibles absolutely need to be fully tested and passed for these contaminants.
Any ingestible product lab-report that doesn’t include these tests, isn’t properly tested and you cannot guarantee the quality, purity or safety of the product. If you see products that do not have these tests, isn’t batch numbered, you should move on and find a better alternative.

Frequently Asked Delta-9 Questions.
Is Delta-9 legal, and are Delta-9 products Legal?
Delta-9 THC can be legal and illegal. Let’s break down the reasons and simplify.
As per the 2018 Farm Bill & USDA hemp growing regulations. Delta-9 that is extracted from compliant hemp/cannabis plants containing a total content of <0.3% THC at dry weight, is 100% legal, Federally. Some states are ‘grey’ on some hemp derived products, so this can vary State to State.
Hemp derived compliant Delta-9 THC can be legally shipped across state lines.
If any hemp derived product contains greater than <0.3% THC, they are deemed federally illegal and carry the penalty associated with “marijuana” federal law.
Delta-9 THC extracted from legally defined marijuana, is Federally illegal and can only be sold in medical or recreational legal States, and must be sold as Marijuana products. These products are also void of the legal ability to ship across state lines.
Will Hemp Derived Delta-9 get me high?
It’s important to clearly note, contrary to what some people say, D-9 THC in its molecular state is absolutely identical no matter what legally defined plant it has been extracted from.
Hemp/Cannabis derived THC has potency limits set by regulations. no more than <0.3% as previously stated.
With that said, if you were to ingest 100mg of Delta-9 THC from Legally Defined Hemp or 100mg of Delta 9 from legally defined marijuana. The effect would be exactly that same. Based on a pure MG value of the THC molecule.
So to answer the question; Will hemp derived THC get you high? Yes it can. However in smaller doses, like 10mg, you will most likely feel the relief of discomfort, relaxation, better sleep. Take 30mg and up, you will likely start to feel the psychoactive effects.
What is the difference between CBD and THC?
The main differences of CBD (Cannabidiol) and THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is CBD doesn’t produce the known psychoactive effects THC does. CBD can be used for numerous health reasons but it will never give the consumer the psychoactive effects that Delta 9 would provide. THC carries most of the known benefits of CBD, but also induces the “high” euphoric feeling, the effects from D9 THC can be hugely beneficial for many users.
How old do you have to be to purchase Delta 9-THC Gummies?
Currently there are no official federal regulations stating the minimum age required to purchase hemp-derived Delta 9-THC products. However, there are several state regulations mandating consumers must be 21 years or older to purchase.
Given it’s almost impossible to regulate and validate all purchases, we require all customers to be 21 years of age to purchase our Delta-9 products.
